LANARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Lanark Community Development Trust will take place on Thursday 17 March, at 7.00pm, upstairs in The Tolbooth. This will be an opportunity for you to hear about the work of the Trust over the past year. The Chairman will report on the activities of the Trust and the annual accounts will be presented. There will be reports from our various sub-groups and presentations by our Development Manager, David Dalgliesh, and our Educational Gardener, Stuart Ritchie.
If you are a full member of the Trust, resident in the community of Lanark you are entitled to stand for election to the Board. If you would like to exercise this right, you should indicate this in writing to the Trust, c/o I.A. Stewart & Co at the address below, not less than seven working days prior to the AGM.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please indicate this in writing, or by electronic means, to the Trust not less than forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting.
