Lanark Community Development Trust, the lead organisation for the Vision for Lanark Partnership, is seeking expressions of interest for a one year, 21 hour per week appointment to prepare an Action Plan to deliver the Vision for Lanark strategy which is currently being finalised. The Vision for Lanark is a heritage led, community regeneration strategy for the historic town of Lanark, the World Heritage Site of New Lanark and the spectacular landscape of the Falls of Clyde.
The appointment is open to proposals for consultancy or contract of employment. The successful candidate will be expected to have extensive experience in community regeneration and a proven track record at management level. Early availability is preferred. The remuneration will reflect the candidate’s competencies and will be negotiable within an annual salary equivalent range of £45-55,000 pro rata.
